** Guests are charged with a 700 € deposit for possible damages (amount is per group). This fee is refunded to their account, 1-2 days after check-out, following a thorough check of the villa. Should any damages occur, the cost will be deducted from the above mentioned deposit.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

A 30% deposit is necessary for the confirmation of reservation. The remaing balance must be deposited 14 days prior to the arrival.

in case of cancellation, the refund is not acceptable if there is no prior warning three months before
